Property Research

Mid-town commercial property research

Martin Research Services helped the second-generation owners of a storefront building in midtown Toronto document the history of their long-held property. Using a range of research methods, our research showed how their building evolved over several decades, allowing the family to preserve and pass down an important legacy.

Property Research

House history and documentation

We helped preserve the memory of a client’s home of forty years. Drawing on archival records, interviews, and genealogical research, the project uncovered the rich history of this early 20th-century house—revealing several notable former residents.
